I can't believe it is May. We have been pretty busy lately. Child check ups, Anniversary of our first date (7 years ago...has it really been that long), weddings and when the weather is nice we take advantage by playing outside.
I often think of taking a video to post of Nick so you can see how much he has grown. For now here is a written update.
He has grown 3 " since October. I know. Crazy! He was in the 18% for height in October and now he is in the 60% for height.
He still has the bumps on his arms and legs, It is called Keratosis. They haven't bothered up unitl now. The doctor gave us a prescription for it, we are all done with the prescription and it hasn't helped at all. So he will most likely see a dermatologist for it in a few weeks. I think with him playing outside in the grass has been making it worse. He keeps saying "scratchy scratchy" and seems uncomfortable. I am hoping the dermatologist has some treatments that work.
Some of the funny things he has been saying lately:
"mommy, will you please help me?" He always puts that "please" in there. One proud Mama!
"Thank you, You're Welcome"
"Sorry, It's okay"
"Bye-LOOOVE You"
"Give me hug" and then you give him a hug and he asks again for atleast 3 times.
There is this spot on his carpet and when he is in his room he says: "he's not going to get me." (it took me a long time to figure out "who/what" he was talking about) he was really freaked out about it so one day I told him: "Know he's not going to get you, he wants to be your friend" Nick then smiled and said: "He likes me, he wants to give me kissies"
Oh and incase you are wondering he still loves Star Wars.
