Some close friends of our got married last night! I was Honorary Bridesmaid (hints the yellow flower on my dress) Jason has been our friend for years and Katie and I have become very close these past couple of years. We are very happy for them.

T Ball
Nick had his 1st T Ball Info/Practice night last week! Chris took him to pick out his own glove and ball! Before he left to go, he said: "look, I am wearing a shocker hat, a royals jersey, and cago (chicago) bears shorts."
A Week with Tatum and Ashlyn
Our nieces, Tatum and Ashlyn, spent a week with us last week. The first night I had 4 very excited kids at the house, and they got here around 8 so I took them swimming to get their energy out, plus who doesn't like swimming at night?! We went swimming a few times during the week, Chris took them to the zoo, we had an icecream/movie night, there was a lot of time just hanging out at the house becasue it stormed every evening and I worked during the day. Mother's Day
Saturday morning for Chris' birthday, Nick and I went to QuikTrip to get Chris a drink! As we were riding in the car, Nick says: "we made a mothers day card last night" I said: "you did?" He said: "yeah, but it's not for you, it's for mothers day. me and daddy had to hide it so you didn't think it was for you." :-) (by the way he had markers up to his elbows. heeee heee.)

Saturday was Chris' birthday! We went to Red Robin for lunch and then we went to a friend of ours house for dinner!
