Nick, you are such a smart, handsome boy. You are always making us laugh and you have such a great heart. Your love for God makes me so proud and you have such unwavering faith.  Watching you grow is such a delight and I can't imagine you any other way! You are my first baby and that is very very special! I love you with all of my heart.

Oliva, Oh Liv. You are a precious gift. Beautiful. Smart. Funny. You amaze me each and every day. You are "the last baby in mommy's tummy" as you always say, which is also so so very special. You are confidant, kind, caring, reserved yet fiesty, opininated and outgoing at times and with all of your traits I know that God has big plans for you. Every night before you sleep you always want to read what is on your wall: "When Olivia wakes up she will move mountains!" (when she wakes she will move mountains)  I love you with all my heart.

And I thank you God for the opportunity to raise the best kids ever. You chose Chris and I specifically to be their parents. You are the reason I am a mom so today I honor you and celebrate them!

Tie Dye Shoes

I saw this project on pinterest. Olivia loves shoes so I thought this would be right up her alley. Walmart had these white canvas shoes for $3. She picked her colors out (sharpies) and then we used rubbing alcohol with a medicine dropper to make tie dye shoes! Pretty cute! 

Building Flower Pots

Last weekend Home Depot had a workshop. We went and built flower pots.

They snuggle every morning! She always asks for me to take a picture, but the flash has to be on because it is still morning! This girl loves her dogs! We all do! 

11 YEARS

11 years ago today, we had our first date.
11 years later here we are where we first met.

Mommy Son Date Night

Nick and I had plans to go to Chick fil a last night for their Mommy Son Date Knight. He also needed a pair of shoes so we decided to do a little shopping first then dinner. He had been wanting to go to build-a-bear for quite some time so we did that too!!! 

Darth Vader Bear now has a friend-Bobba Fett Bear!

On the way home he called Olivia.
She said something funny I guess and he is so used to hearing Chris "voice text" that when he spoke into the phone he laughed and said:
