4th of July 2018

On the 4th of July we had our Annual Bike Parade with some friends of ours and then ended up back at the neighborhood to celebrate Independance Day with our favorite neighbors and great friends! 

A Day In The Life Of Me: Nick's Program

Last Thursday Nick had his 1st grade program: A Day In The Life Of Me.

I don't know about you but I LOVE school programs. I always have. I can't help but smile from ear to ear.

Olivia's Letters

Olivia is doing great with her letters. I am so proud of her. She is left handed which makes it a bit difficult for me to show her formation. I'd say she knows what she is doing! ;-)

When your dad gets snowed in and can't come home:

A couple of months ago it snowed 22" in Nebraska and Chris was unable to come home to visit and was actually snowed in his apartment (with nothing except cheese and ketchup).

As One Door Closes...

 We said farewell to our very first home in January.

When we built our home 9 years ago, I had picked out white carpet, honey oak trim and cabinets and laminate flooring. Please dont ask me why other than our budget and the options given by our builders. Since then we had restained the cabinets and trim and added wooden floors. This home was finally just the way we wanted it and then we recieved the news we were moving to Nebraska! We are excited to start a new journey and are lucky to have met life long friends along the way.
