Baby Talk

The first time I told Nick there was a baby in my tummy he got a very surprised look on his face and said "I want to hide in there!"

The first time we talked to the baby:
"Hello in there, It's mommy and Nick, we can't wait to meet you."
 Nick thought I said "we can't wait to "eat" you. and he said:
"mommy are we going to eat him?"

While talking to Chris one night, Nick pulled his shirt up and said:
"Daddy there's a baby in my tummy"


Just another funny thing.
Nick thinks there is a dinosaur in his belly button.

Rainbow Lake

Andy and Stephanie have us all on a waiting list for Rainbow Lake. I am really hoping and praying that we can get in this year. As I was organizing my pictures I ran into these of all pictures. Have we really not been back since 2009? Nick's name is not on our tree?  UPDATED INFO: We will be going next year and adding 2 more names to this tree!

 

 

More Cousin Fun

This has been a summer full of cousin fun so far. Yesterday Cynthia and I went to Hutchinson to see Katie and take the little ones to the water park. We then had Anchor Inn and went to my Aunt Susans.

Nick and Saydee must be related. They didn't venture off too far. They tended to stay more near the non-spraying section.

Ethan was the most adventerous. He went through everything he could!

Cousins At The Pool

Andy and the girls came to town for Chris' golf tournament. It was a great couple of days spent with Nick, Tatum and Ashlyn! Last night we did pedicures and today we went to the pool!

Pool Time

Last night I took Nick to the pool. He did a lot better than I had expected. I was even able to get him in the pool without kicking and screaming. He just grasped very tightly to me. Need to get this boy in swimming lessons.
