A Week with Tatum and Ashlyn

Our nieces, Tatum and Ashlyn, spent a week with us last week. The first night I had 4 very excited kids at the house, and they got here around 8 so I took them swimming to get their energy out, plus who doesn't like swimming at night?! We went swimming a few times during the week, Chris took them to the zoo, we had an icecream/movie night, there was a lot of time just hanging out at the house becasue it stormed every evening and I worked during the day. Fun Faces With Nick

Mother's Day

Saturday morning for Chris' birthday, Nick and I went to QuikTrip to get Chris a drink! As we were riding in the car, Nick says: "we made a mothers day card last night" I said: "you did?" He said: "yeah, but it's not for you, it's for mothers day. me and daddy had to hide it so you didn't think it was for you." :-) (by the way he had markers up to his elbows. heeee heee.) 

Chris took pictures of them making the card that I got on Sunday! 

So on Mother's Day, we went to church and then out to eat at one of my faves....McDonald's!

Chris' Birthday

Saturday was Chris' birthday! We went to Red Robin for lunch and then we went to a friend of ours house for dinner!

 and if you can believe it, Olivia loved the cake and Nick was no where to be found :-) he was having too much fun playing outside!

Late Nights

Reading a book with daddy! She is cutting 4 teeth a once and isn't sleeping very well, explains the crazy bed head!!!!

Planting Flowers

 Target had flower pots at their dollar bin, so I picked a couple of for Nick and Olivia. Then they got to pick out their own flowers and help plant them!
